Expert Talk on Mushroom Production 

An expert talk was organized by the Institutional Innovation Council of the University of Technology in which Prof. (Dr.) Kuldeep Sharma of the Department of Agriculture presented an expert talk about mushroom production in which he gave information about the types of mushrooms and their benefits. The session provided valuable information and comprehensive understanding to the students about mushroom cultivation and processing. The expert talks also provided guidance to the students on how to start a business in this sector. In this program, Head of Department of Agriculture, Dr. S. K Yadav, Dr. Sagar Kumar, JP Kushwaha, Dr. Sanjay Singh etc. members were present. Regarding this program, Vice Chairman Dr. Anshu Surana said that such programs should be organized by the university from time to time.
